“If you were going to chain me up and leave me outside, why did you get me at all?” That’s the question a group of Hollywood A-listers are asking on behalf of dogs kept tethered outdoors in a powerful PETA PSA airing in North Carolina throughout January’s Unchain a Dog Month.
